Many of the best 18 and under swimmers are present this week at Stanford with many college coaches in attendance looking for the future stars. Some of the national junior team are not present because they are preparing for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/usa-swimming-announces-world-junior-championships-roster-headlined-by-urlando-foster-gretchen-walsh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">World Junior Championships<\/a> at the end of the month.<\/p>\n<p>Prelims will begin at 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2019-speedo-junior-nationals-day-four-prelims-heat-sheets-day-4-usa-age-group-2019-08-09.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HEAT SHEETS<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LIVE STREAM<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Justina Kozan\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed in the 200 free as she was recently named to the World Juniors roster that will compete in Budapest at the end of the month. Kozan is seeded ahead of teammate\u00a0<strong>Miranda Heckman<\/strong>, who will be swimming at the University of Texas in a few short weeks.\u00a0<strong>Ella Ristic\u00a0<\/strong>is seeded third.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jack Walker\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Ian Grum\u00a0<\/strong>are the top two seeds in the men&#8217;s 200 free as both guys have enjoyed successful weeks in Palo Alto. The winner between these two in the 200 free could wind up winning the swimmer of the meet after tomorrow night.\u00a0<strong>Colby Mefford\u00a0<\/strong>is the third seed in the 200 free.<\/p>\n<p>Lakeside&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Claire Donan\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed in the 200 breast as she is seeded a second ahead of <strong>Chase Davison\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Brynn Curtis<\/strong>.
