In fact, a few world records were broken on Day 2 of the meet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jamie Fowler<\/strong>, of Novaquatics Masters, broke the men\u2019s 60-64 200 backstroke record \u2014 2:26.12 \u2014 which broke the USMS record and FINA Masters world record.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bonnie Bilich<\/strong>, of Walnut Creek Masters, set the women\u2019s 60-64 200 backstroke mark in 2:41.57, a USMS record and FINA Masters world record.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laura Val<\/strong>, of Tamalpais Aquatics Masters set her mark in the women\u2019s 65-69 200 backstroke, finishing in 2:47.70 to set the USMS record and FINA Masters world record.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Holly Green Blair<\/strong>, of Palm Beach Masters won the women\u2019s 55-59 50 freestyle, finishing in 28.46\u00a0 a USMS record and FINA Masters world record.<\/p>\n<p>Check out more Masters coverage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/category\/masters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anthony Ervin made his mark at the US Masters Summer Nationals.
