Many of the best junior swimmers decided not to participate in the meet this week whether to focus on the upcoming World Junior Championships or because they will be moving into college in a few short weeks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Justina Kozan<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kaitlynn Sims<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Lillie Nordmann<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Matt King\u00a0<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jack Walker\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>James Plage\u00a0<\/strong>are the top seeds in multiple events as the action begins on Tuesday and continues through Saturday.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2019-speedo-junior-nationals-usa-age-group-2019-08-06.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PSYCH
