Today&#8217;s events included the 200 fly, 50 free, 200 breast, 100 back and 400 free. This meet is taking place at the SPIRE Institute from August 1-4.<\/p>\n<p>Check out coverage from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/2019-futures-championships-geneva-future-gator-tylor-mathieu-sweeps-800-free\/\">Day 1<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/2019-futures-championships-geneva-day-2-current-college-swimmers-win-events\/\">Day 2<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Club Mountaineer Aquatics climbed their way up to lead the men&#8217;s team scores during night three of the meet; they went home with three individual titles.<\/p>\n<h2>Team Scores<\/h2>\n<p>After tonights&#8217;s events, Phoenix Swimming tops the women&#8217;s team scores, while Club Mountaineer Aquatics leads the men&#8217;s team scores by two and a half points.<\/p>\n<h4>Women&#8217;s Top Five Team Scores<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Phoenix Swimming (218)<\/li>\n<li>Empire Swimming (124)<\/li>\n<li>Firestone Akron Swim Team (114)<\/li>\n<li>Coast Guard Blue Dolphins (107)<\/li>\n<li>Delaware Swim Team (105)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Men&#8217;s Top Five Team Scores<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Club Mountaineer Aquatics (189)<\/li>\n<li>Empire Swimming (187.5)<\/li>\n<li>Dayton Raiders (138)<\/li>\n<li>Crimson Aquatics (111)<\/li>\n<li>Mason Manta Rays 104)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 200 Fly<\/h2>\n<p>Firestone Akron Swim Club got its first title of the meet with <strong>Mackenzie Vargas <\/strong>clocking in a 2:15.93. Unattached swimmer\u00a0<strong>Madeline Marks\u00a0<\/strong>went home with the silver with a 2:16.77, while the bronze belonged to Solo Aquatics&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Abigail Sullivan<\/strong>, who swam a 2:17.14.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jessica Bonezzi <\/strong>from Firestone Akron Swim Club came in fourth (2:17.64), closely followed by <strong>Anna Phelps <\/strong>from Plymouth Whitemarsh Aquatics (2:17.65). Bluefish Swim Club&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Kathryn White <\/strong>placed in sixth (2:17.96).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kyleigh Tankard <\/strong>from Coast Guard Blue Dolphins (2:18.38) and Connecticut Aquatic Club&#8217;s <strong>Nell Chidley <\/strong>(2:18.72) rounded up the championship final.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 200 Fly<\/h2>\n<p>Second victory of the meet for Navy Swimming with <strong>Ethan Tack<\/strong>, who dropped three seconds from this morning. He won the event in a 2:03.24. X-Cel Swimming&#8217;s <strong>Daniel Badawy <\/strong>finished second in a 2:05.07.\u00a0<strong>Austin Clark <\/strong>from Coast Guard Blue Dolphins went home with the bronze (2:05.44).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zachary Ward <\/strong>from Buckeye Swim Club placed fourth (2:06.10), followed by Club Mountaineer Aquatics&#8217;s <strong>Joshua Madzy <\/strong>(2:07.25).<\/p>\n<p>Phoenix Swimming&#8217;s <strong>Tony Min <\/strong>(2:08.52) and <strong>Eric Chimes\u00a0<\/strong>from Cleveland Swim Institute (2:08.87) completed the top eight.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 50 Free<\/h2>\n<p>Current Duke&#8217;s Blue Devil <strong>Quinn Scannell <\/strong>from Badger Swim Club claimed her second individual win with a 26.24. The silver belonged to\u00a0<strong>Antonia Naccarella <\/strong>from Webster Swim Association, who swam a 26.48. Long Beach Aquatics&#8217;s <strong>Catherine Stanford <\/strong>placed third with a 26.60.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michaela Chokureva <\/strong>from Phoenix Swimming came in fourth (26.65), followed by Blazing Barracudas&#8217;s <strong>Mairin O&#8217;Brien <\/strong>(26.90) and Spider Swimming&#8217;s <strong>Eliza Manning <\/strong>(26.96).<\/p>\n<p>Westchester Marlins&#8217;s <strong>Sabrina Johnston <\/strong>(27.18) and\u00a0<strong>Hannah Everhart <\/strong>from Bloomsburg Area YMCA (27.30) finished seventh and eighth respectively.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 50 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Samuel Neaveill <\/strong>from Club Mountaineer Aquatics gave his team the victory with a 23.47. Unattached swimmer <strong>Alec Lawless <\/strong>went home with the silver in a 23.55. Upper Arlington Swim Club&#8217;s <strong>Avery Voss <\/strong>got the bronze with a 23.62.<\/p>\n<p>Navy Swimming&#8217;s <strong>Daniel Cook <\/strong>finished fourth (23.70), closely followed by Empire Swimming&#8217;s <strong>Kymani Senior <\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Ellis Cannon <\/strong>from Team Pittsburgh Elite Aquatics who tied for fifth (23.75).<\/p>\n<p>Unattached swimmer<strong> Andrew Fenton <\/strong>(23.88) and Shaker Sharks&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Max Gustafson <\/strong>(24.20) also swam the fastest heat of the event.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 200 Breast<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Angela Gambardella <\/strong>gave SoCo Aquatic Club its first title of the meet with a 2:36.25, over a four-seconds-drop from this morning. <strong>Catherine Craig <\/strong>from Horseheads Thrashers Aquatics placed second with a 2:38.43. Hudson Explorer Aquatic&#8217;s <strong>Giovanna Cappabianca <\/strong>claimed the third place in a 2:38.56.<\/p>\n<p>Nys Aquatics&#8217;s<strong> Theresa Milio <\/strong>came in fourth (2:38.65), followed by Empire Swimming&#8217;s <strong>Ashley Hu <\/strong>(2:39.42). <strong>Britney Denny <\/strong>from Coast Guard Blue Dolphins clocked in sixth place (2:40.71).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peri Gaguzis <\/strong>from Fox Chapel Killer Whales (2:41.14) and Team Pittsburgh Elite Aquatics&#8217;s <strong>Dakota Elliot <\/strong>(2:42.82) finished seventh and eight respectively.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 200 Breast<\/h2>\n<p>Club Mountaineer Aquatics got its second victory of the night with <strong>Jack Portmann <\/strong>clocking in a 2:21.73.\u00a0<strong>Jerry Chen <\/strong>from Alleghery North Swim Club went home with the silver in a 2:22.11. Mason Manta Rays&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Nicholas Diangelo <\/strong>took the bronze with a 2:22.43.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tindar Cyr <\/strong>from Princeton University Swim Team finished fourth (2:23.15), followed by\u00a0<strong>Sam Haddad <\/strong>from Pioneer Balley Aquatic Avenger and Cougar Aquatic Team&#8217;s <strong>Eric Wang <\/strong>who tied for fifth (2:23.92).<\/p>\n<p>Dayton Raiders&#8217;s <strong>Nathan Holty <\/strong>(2:23.98) and Empire Swimming&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>John Kelly<\/strong> (2:24.15) completed the top eight.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 100 Back<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Victoria Buerger<\/strong> from Alleghery North Swim Club claimed the first place with a 1:02.97. Patriot Swim Club&#8217;s <strong>Isabella Korbly<\/strong> got the silver in a 1:03.17.\u00a0<strong>Crile Hart <\/strong>from Cleveland Swim Institute finished third with a 1:03.87.<\/p>\n<p>Duquesne University&#8217;s<strong> Emma Brinton <\/strong>placed fourth (1:04.10), followed by\u00a0<strong>Kathleen Lynch <\/strong>from Team Pittsburgh Elite Aquatics (1:04.16). Westchester Marlins&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sabrina Johnston <\/strong>came in soon after (1:04.34).<\/p>\n<p>The seventh and eighth place belonged to Nys Aquatics&#8217;s<strong> Lauren Aylmer <\/strong>(1:04.43) and\u00a0<strong>Gabrielle Brust <\/strong>from Pau Hana Swim Team (1:05.53).<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 100 Back<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Trayton Saladin <\/strong>gave Club Mountaineer Aquatics its third win of the night with a 56.68. Nation&#8217;s Capital Swim Club&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Lawrence Redmond <\/strong>finished second in a 58.31. <strong>Clayton Whetstine <\/strong>from Coast Guard Blue Dolphin went home with the bronze in a 58.34.<\/p>\n<p>Club Mountaineer Aquatics&#8217;s<strong> Angelo Russo <\/strong>came in fourth (58.45), followed by The Fish&#8217;s <strong>James Ewing <\/strong>(58.63) and Club Mountaineer Aquatics&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Christopher O&#8217;Shea <\/strong>(58.79).<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Rucci <\/strong>from Greater Philadelphia Aquatic Club (58.83) and Greater Columbus Swim Team&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Eli Stoll <\/strong>rounded up the championship final.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 400 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ella Dyjak <\/strong>from Connecticut Aquatic Club won the event in a 4:21.53. Nation&#8217;s Capital Swim Club&#8217;s <strong>Brooke Travis <\/strong>got the silver with a 4:21.58, while Grit Aquatics&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Tylor Mathieu\u00a0<\/strong>placed third (4:22.25).<\/p>\n<p>Kingfish Swimming&#8217;s<strong> Alexa Connors\u00a0<\/strong>came in fourth (4:23.98), followed by United Swimming Association&#8217;s <strong>Maya Geringer <\/strong>(4:25.51) and Radnor Aquatic Club&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Anna Kalandadze <\/strong>(4:25.69).<\/p>\n<p>Phoenix Swimming&#8217;s<strong> Megan Reich <\/strong>(4:26.44) finished seventh, followed by fellow teammate\u00a0<strong>Malia Amuan\u00a0<\/strong>(4:26.96).<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 400 Free<\/h2>\n<p>Empire Swimming&#8217;s<strong> Liam Bogart <\/strong>went home with the title in a 4:01.28.\u00a0<strong>Ethan Shaw\u00a0<\/strong>from Dublin Community Swim Team finished second with a 4:02.04. Crimson Aquatics&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Andrew Berzolla<\/strong> got the bronze in a 4:02.87.<\/p>\n<p>Victor Swim Club&#8217;s <strong>James Baker <\/strong>placed fourth (4:02.90), followed by unattached swimmer\u00a0<strong>John Sita <\/strong>(4:03.16).\u00a0<strong>Zachary Washart <\/strong>from Greater Philadelphia Aquatic Club came in sixth (4:06.35).<\/p>\n<p>Scarlet Aquatics&#8217;s<strong> Kyle Iorizzo <\/strong>(4:06.62) and\u00a0<strong>Blake Johnson <\/strong>from Old Dominion Aquatic Club (4:07.15) placed seventh and eighth respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The last session of the meet will see action on the women&#8217;s 1500 free, men&#8217;s 800 free, 100 free, 200 back, 200 IM and 400 medley relays.
