McHugh ended up with the top seed.<\/p>\n<p>The men\u2019s top seed is Australia\u2019s <strong>Elijah Winnington<\/strong>, who will be joined by <strong>Grant Shoults, Luca Urlando, Brooks Fail<\/strong> and <strong>Mitch D\u2019Arrigo<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n<p>The 100 breaststroke will see <strong>Breeja Larson<\/strong> as the top seed, while <strong>Emily Weiss, Miranda Tucker<\/strong> and <strong>Madisyn Cox<\/strong> are swimming well this meet.<\/p>\n<p>The men\u2019s event will see top-seeded <strong>Devon Nowicki<\/strong> battle<strong> Reece Whitley, Ian Finnerty<\/strong> and <strong>Jake Foster<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The women\u2019s 100 back will feature top-seeded<strong> Kathleen Dawson<\/strong> of Scotland, while <strong>Beata Nelson, Claire Adams, Amy Bilquist, Erika Brown<\/strong> and <strong>Asia Seidt<\/strong> will look to challenge.<\/p>\n<p>The session ends with the men\u2019s race where <strong>Yohon Ndoye Brouard<\/strong> of France will have the top seed. <strong>Dean<\/strong> <strong>Farris, Bryce Mefford, Ryan Lochte, Austin Katz, Carson Foster<\/strong> and <strong>John Shebat<\/strong> will all challenge for finals spots as well, capping an exciting session.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/omegatiming.com\/2019\/phillips-66-national-championships-live-results\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LIVE RESULTS<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/2019-phillips-66-us-national-championships\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SWIMMING WORLD&#8217;S MEET PAGE FOR 2019 Phillips 66 US National Championships<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 400 Free<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Men&#8217;s 400 Free<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Women&#8217;s 100 Breast<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Men&#8217;s 100 Breast<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Women&#8217;s 100 Back<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Men&#8217;s 100 Back<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Women\u2019s 400 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ally McHugh<\/strong> continued her strong meet by taking the top seed in the 400 free with a 4:09.85. Swimming with New York Athletic Club, the Olympian finished in 1:07.04.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zoie Hartman<\/strong> took the second seed in 1:07.67 to hold off Michigan\u2019s <strong>Miranda Tucker<\/strong>, who clocked a 1:07.94, the only other swimmer under 1:08.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaitlyn Dobler<\/strong> took the fourth seed (1:08.07), followed by last year\u2019s<em> Swimming World<\/em> High School Swimmer of the Year, <strong>Emily Weiss<\/strong> (1:08.11).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ellie Andrews<\/strong> (1:08.12) grabbed the sixth seed, ahead of 200 breast champion<strong> Benson<\/strong> took the top seed in 1:00.18, narrowly missing the minute barrier.<\/p>\n<p>Cal\u2019s<strong> Reece Whitley<\/strong> used a strong final few strokes to win the last heat and take the second seed overall in 1:00.25.<\/p>\n<p>France\u2019s <strong>Theo Bussiere<\/strong> was next in 1:00.40, part of several international swimmers to make the final.<\/p>\n<p>Michigan Lakeshore Aquatics\u2019 <strong>Devon Nowicki<\/strong> had the top seed entering the meet and kept pace with Whitley in the final heat to take the fourth seed in 1:00.67.<\/p>\n<p>Australia\u2019s <strong>Daniel Cave<\/strong> took the fifth seed in 1:00.70, followed by<strong> Samuel Williamson<\/strong> (1:00.72), <strong>Caspar<\/strong> <strong>Corbeau<\/strong> (1:00.87) and<strong> Trent seed in 1:00.13.<\/p>\n<p>Fifteen-year-old <strong>Claire Curzan<\/strong> took the second seed in 1:00.44, continuing her strong meet.<\/p>\n<p>Tennessee\u2019s <strong>Erika Brown<\/strong> took the third seed in 1:00.64, just ahead of Alto\u2019s <strong>Lucie Nordmann<\/strong> (1:00.67) and <strong>Annabel Crush<\/strong> (1:00.74).<\/p>\n<p>Cal\u2019s <strong>Isabel Ivey<\/strong> took the sixth spot in 1:00.87, followed by <strong>Caitlin Brooks<\/strong> (1:00.96) and Wolfpack\u2019s <strong>Kylee Alons<\/strong> (1:01.03).<\/p>\n<p>Scotland\u2019s <strong>Kathleen Dawson<\/strong>,
