Rooney is the top seed in the 100 fly and will face off with a world class field with\u00a0<strong>Jack Conger\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Jack Saunderson\u00a0<\/strong>surrounding him.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2019-us-nationals-day-three-finals-heat-sheets-day-3-usa-senior-national-2019-08-02.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HEAT SHEETS<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The women&#8217;s 400 IM is the first event of the night and it is wide open.\u00a0<strong>Ally McHugh\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Brooke Forde\u00a0<\/strong>represented the United States at the World Championships last week and will have another go at this event in Palo Alto. Forde is swimming in her home pool as she will be a junior at Stanford this fall. Scotland&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Hannah Miley\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed with a solid 4:41 this morning but\u00a0<strong>Emma Weyant<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kelly Fertel\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Madisyn Cox\u00a0<\/strong>will all have a chance to win the final.<\/p>\n<p>The men&#8217;s 400 IM will be another good race with the likes of Cal junior\u00a0<strong>Sean Grieshop\u00a0<\/strong>sitting in lane four. He will have his hands full with\u00a0<strong>Carson\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Jake Foster<\/strong>, who both cruised to 4:17&#8217;s this morning.
