World Championships team members\u00a0<strong>Ally McHugh<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Brooke Forde<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kelsi Dalia\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Jack Conger\u00a0<\/strong>will be swimming on this Friday morning in Palo Alto, California as many of them will be looking to improve on lackluster performances they may have had last week at the World Championships in Gwangju, South Korea.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2019-us-nationals-day-three-prelims-heat-sheets-day-3-usa-senior-national-2019-08-02.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HEAT SHEETS<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>McHugh and Forde are the top two seeds in the 400 IM as both of them swam at the World Championships with McHugh placing sixth and Forde missing the final. They both could get serious pressure from <strong>Madisyn Cox\u00a0<\/strong>and three-time Olympic finalist\u00a0<strong>Hannah Miley<\/strong>, although Miley has been off her form this year recovering from an injury.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sean Grieshop\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed in the men&#8217;s 400 IM as he won the silver medal at the World University Games in early July. He will have his hands full with\u00a0<em>Swimming World&#8217;s\u00a0<\/em>newest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/swimming-world-presents-our-male-high-school-co-swimmers-of-the-year-carson-foster-luca-urlando\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">High School Swimmer of the Year<\/a> in\u00a0<strong>Carson Foster<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kelsi Dahlia\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed in the women&#8217;s 100 fly as she had a disappointing 100 fly at the World Championships, placing seventh. She said after the medley relay that she wanted to redeem herself at US Nationals so she will be looking to put together a good swim before we head into the Olympic year.\u00a0<em>Swimming World&#8217;s\u00a0<\/em>female <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/swimming-world-presents-torri-huske-as-female-high-school-swimmer-of-the-year-on-august-issue-cover\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">High School Swimmer of the Year<\/a>\u00a0<strong>Torri Huske\u00a0<\/strong>will also be swimming the 100 fly in the final heat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caeleb Dressel\u00a0<\/strong>has still yet to make an appearance at Stanford as\u00a0<strong>Jack Conger\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed in the men&#8217;s 100 fly. Conger missed the final last week at Worlds so he will be looking to put up a good time.
