BARCELONA, Spain, August 3. CESAR Cielo talked to the media after his exciting win in the 50 freestyle earlier this evening at the world championships.<\/p>\n

Less than a year after having two knee surgeries, Cielo said he had low expectations for winning the event, but still put the best effort he could into the race.
