NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of Georgia has received a new verbal commitment for the fall of 2020 from\u00a0Sloane Reinstein\u00a0<\/strong>of Palo Alto, Calif.<\/p>\n

A talented sprinter and backstroker, Reinstein does her club swimming with Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics and owns a pair of Winter Juniors standards. She earned a pair of best times at Juniors West in December before going on to earn gold in the 200 free at Far Westerns in April. Last summer, she raced to fourth in the 50m free at Santa Clara Futures.<\/p>\n

A rising senior at Sacred Heart Prep High School, Reinstein\u00a0placed 14th in the 200 free at the CIF State Championships during her junior year after taking sixth in that event at the Central Coast Sectional meet a week prior. During her sophomore season, she finished fourth in the 50 free and fifth in the 100 free at the sectional championships.<\/p>\n
