Houlie broke the meet record earlier this morning with his time of 26.98.<\/p>\n<p>Russia&#8217;s <strong>Ki<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">rill Prigoda <\/span>(27.28) qualified third for finals just ahead of USA&#8217;s <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ian Finnerty <\/span>(27.32) and Brazil&#8217;s <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Pedro Cardona\u00a0<\/span>(27.33).<\/p>\n<p>Korea&#8217;s <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Jaekwoon Moon <\/span>(27.53) and USA&#8217;s <strong>Connor<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> Hoppe <\/span>(27.66) both posted times in heat 1 that qualify them as fifth and sixth seed for tomorrow&#8217;s finals.
