NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Philadelphia, Penn. native and rising senior\u00a0Sarah Foley\u00a0<\/strong>has verbally committed to Duke University and will arrive in Durham at the start of the 2020-21 season.<\/p>\n

Foley, who does her club swimming with Penn Charter Aquatic Club, is a talented breaststroker and IMer who owns four Summer Juniors standards. She earned five new best times and won both breaststroke events at Middle Atlantic Seniors in March after earning bronze in the 200 breast at the Tom Dolan Invite in December. Last summer, she placed 10th in the 200m breast and 18th in the 100m breast at Junior Nationals.<\/p>\n

Also competing for William Penn Charter School, Foley is a four-time Eastern Interscholastic Championship finalist.\u00a0The NISCA All-American won the 100 breast and took third in the 200 IM as a junior after finishing first and second, respectively, in those events during her sophomore season.<\/p>\n
