NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Grand Canyon University<\/a> has earned a new commitment for the upcoming 2019-20 season and beyond from Rhinelander, Wisc. native\u00a0Nolan Francis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Francis, who swims year-round with Mid-Wisconsin Wave Makers, owns the Winter Juniors standard in the 100 back and most recently had five top-15 finishes at the Wisconsin State SCY Championships in March. He recorded a pair of best times at Juniors West in December and placed fifth in both the 100m back and 200m back at the Wisconsin LCM State Championships last summer.<\/p>\n

Also competing for Rhinelander High School, Francis is a five-time Wisconsin DII State Championship finalist.\u00a0He won the 100 back and was the 100 fly runner-up as a senior after placing sixth in both the 100 fly and 200 IM during his sophomore season.<\/p>\n
