NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Kali Franckowiak<\/strong>\u00a0of Naperville, Ill. has verbally committed to the University of Wyoming as a member of the Cowgirls’ class of 2024.<\/p>\n

Primarily a freestyler, Franckowiak swims year-round with Maverick Swim Club and recently raced seven events at NCSAs in March after taking eighth in the 200 free at Illinois SCY Seniors. Last summer, she placed fifth in the 200m free at Illinois LCM Seniors before going on to record a pair of best times at Iowa City Speedo Sectionals.<\/p>\n

Also competing for Plainfield High School, Franckowiak is a two-time Illinois State Championship finalist.\u00a0She finished seventh in the 200 free as a junior after racing to 10th in that event during her sophomore season.<\/p>\n
