NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>San Diego State University has earned another verbal commitment for the 2020-21 season and beyond from Felton, Penn. native\u00a0Jessie McMurray\u00a0<\/strong>who will join\u00a0Mai McKenna<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as a member of the Aztec class of 2024.<\/p>\n

Primarily a breaststroker, McMurray owns the U.S. Open standard in the 100m breast and does her club swimming with York and York County YMCA. She placed 13th in the 100 breast at YMCA SCY Nationals in April after racing that event at Winter Nationals in November. Last summer, she earned gold in both the 50m breast and 100m breast at YMCA LCM Nationals where she recorded three best times.\u00a0Also competing for York Catholic High School, McMurray\u00a0took bronze in the 100 breast as a junior at the Pennsylvania 2A State Championships.<\/p>\n
