NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Tulane University has earned their first verbal commitment for the fall of 2020 from Atlanta, Ga. native and current high school junior Riley Hendrix<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Primarily a backstroker, Hendrix swims year-round with Dynamo Swim Club and owns a pair of Winter Junior standards. She recently placed fifth in the 100 back at the Southern Premier Invitational after earning bronze in that event at Georgia SCY Seniors. This past summer, she recorded four best times at Cary Futures where her highest finish was an eighth-place showing in the 100m back.<\/p>\n

Also competing for Saint Pius X Catholic High School, Hendrix is a six-time Georgia 1-5A State Championship finalist.\u00a0She won the 100 back and took fifth in the 50 free as a junior after placing third in the former event as well as ninth in the 100 fly during her sophomore season.<\/p>\n
