NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Texas A&M University has earned a new in-state verbal commitment for the fall of 2020 from current high school junior\u00a0Collin Fuchs\u00a0<\/strong>of Spring, Texas.<\/p>\n

Fuchs, who owns the U.S. Open standard in the 200 back with a trio of Summer Juniors standards, does his club swimming with Premier Aquatics Club of Klein and most recently finaled in the 50m\/100m back at the Richmond TYR Pro Swim Series. He recorded a pair of best times at Junior West in December after taking eighth in the 200 free at Gulf Southern Seniors.<\/p>\n

This past summer, he placed fourth in both the 50m back and 200m back at Southern Zone Seniors.\u00a0Also competing for Klein Oak High School, Fuchs finished sixth in the 100 back at the Texas UIL 6A Championships during his junior season.<\/p>\n
