It was the second-fastest time in the 17-18 age group in history.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/2019-mel-zajac-jr-international\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MEET COVERAGE<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mbJDo9eFiSc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Here is a look at what happened on Day 2:<\/p>\n<h2>Women\u2019s 100 Fly<\/h2>\n<p>A trio of USA juniors finished atop the field in the women\u2019s 100 fly to start the second night of finals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Torri Huske<\/strong> won the event in 59.33, followed by <strong>Olivia Bray<\/strong> (59.48) and <strong>Charlotte Hook<\/strong> (1:00.24).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haley Black<\/strong> finished fourth in 1:00.35, followed by <strong>Danielle Hanus<\/strong> (1:00.61), <strong>Genevieve<\/strong> <strong>Sasseville<\/strong> (1:00.81), <strong>Coleen Gillilan<\/strong> (1:00.88) and <strong>Jade Hannah<\/strong> (1:01.07).<\/p>\n<h2>Men\u2019s 100 Fly<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Luca Urlando<\/strong> continued his dominating performance in the meet, winning the 100 fly in 52.04. It was the second-fastest time in the 17-18 age group in history.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Josiah Binnema<\/strong> was second in 53.92, followed by<strong> Kyle Robrock<\/strong> (54.65), <strong>River Wright<\/strong> (54.87), <strong>Ethan Heasley<\/strong> (55.13), <strong>Carson Olafson<\/strong> (55.54), <strong>Graham Walker<\/strong> (56.11) and <strong>James Richardson<\/strong> (56.19).<\/p>\n<h2>Women\u2019s 400 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Danica Ludlow<\/strong> edged <strong>Emma O\u2019Croinin<\/strong> in an extremely close 400 free. Ludlow finished in 4:12.69 to win, while O\u2019Croinin was second in 4:12.80.<\/p>\n<p>The duo was nearly five seconds ahead of the field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Isabel Gormley<\/strong> finished third in 4:17.42, followed by <strong>Katrina Bellio<\/strong> (4:19.03), <strong>Sarah<\/strong> <strong>DiMeco<\/strong> (4:20.46),<strong> Brooklyn Douthwrigh<\/strong>t (4:21.19), <strong>Megan Dalke<\/strong> (4:21.53) and <strong>Emily<\/strong> <strong>Overholt<\/strong> (4:21.83).<\/p>\n<h2>Men\u2019s 400 Free<\/h2>\n<p>British Columbia\u2019s <strong>Jeremy Bagshaw<\/strong> won the men\u2019s 400 free in 3:55.99 in a race that wasn\u2019t nearly as close as the women\u2019s event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tristan Cole<\/strong> finished second in 3:57.09, followed by <strong>Alexander Pratt<\/strong> (3:57.38).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Connor Daniels<\/strong> took fourth place in 3:58.32, followed by<strong> Colin Gilbert<\/strong> (3:58.46), <strong>Nathan<\/strong> <strong>Beaudin-Bolduc<\/strong> (3:59.57), <strong>Cale Murdock<\/strong> (4:00.12) and <strong>Peter Brothers<\/strong> (4:00.15).<\/p>\n<h2>Women\u2019s 50 Back<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Jade Hannah<\/strong> won the 50 back in 28.24 to hold off <strong>Ingrid Wilm<\/strong> (28.66).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caitlin Brooks<\/strong> (28.92) and <strong>Annabel Crush<\/strong> (28.92) tied for third place in the event.<\/p>\n<p>Fifth place went to <strong>Danielle Hanus<\/strong> (29.09), followed by <strong>Ekaterina Avramova<\/strong> (29.49), <strong>Alexandra Crisera<\/strong> (29.71) and <strong>Regan Rathwell<\/strong> (29.76).<\/p>\n<h2>Men\u2019s 50 Back<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Markus Thormeyer<\/strong> dropped three tenths from his seed time to win the 50 back in 25.56.<\/p>\n<p>Thormeyer held off <strong>Cameron Auchinachie<\/strong>, who finished in 25.62.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tim Zeng<\/strong> was third in 26.00, followed by <strong>Sebastian Somerset (<\/strong>26.57), <strong>David Curtiss<\/strong> (26.73), <strong>Kyle Robrock<\/strong> (26.76), <strong>Tyler Wall<\/strong> (26.87) and <strong>Ian Grum<\/strong> (26.88).<\/p>\n<h2>Women\u2019s 200 IM<\/h2>\n<p>Another close race for the women\u2019s side as <strong>Kelsey Wog<\/strong> won in 2:13.34 to hold off a charging <strong>Charlotte Hook<\/strong> (2:13.67).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erika Seltenreich-Hodgson<\/strong> took third in 2:15.78, followed by <strong>Janelle Rudolph<\/strong> (2:17.31), <strong>Bailey Herbert<\/strong> (2:17.64), <strong>Kathryn Ackerman<\/strong> (2:18.67), <strong>Hillary Metcalfe<\/strong> (2:19.52) and <strong>Danielle Hanus<\/strong> (2:19.89).<\/p>\n<h2>Men\u2019s 200 IM<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Finlay Knox<\/strong> dropped more than three seconds from his prelims time to win the 200 IM in 2:02.19.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Markus Thormeyer<\/strong>, who had just won the 50 back minutes earlier, finished second in 2:04.73.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Robert Hill<\/strong> was third (2:04.87), followed by <strong>Cole Pratt<\/strong> (2:06.17), <strong>Josh Zakala<\/strong> (2:06.63), <strong>Patrick Groters<\/strong> (2:06.73), <strong>Jacob Gallant<\/strong> (2:07.08) and <strong>River Wright<\/strong> (2:08.06).<\/p>\n<h2>Women\u2019s 50 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Torri Huske<\/strong> won her second event of the night, but this time, she wasn\u2019t alone.<\/p>\n<p>Huske and <strong>Sarah Fournier<\/strong> tied for the win in the 50 free in 25.45.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoi Lam Tam<\/strong> finished third in 25.73, followed by <strong>Amy Tang<\/strong> (25.94), <strong>Kaitlyn Dobler<\/strong> (25.99), <strong>Janelle Rudolph<\/strong> (26.25), <strong>Emma Wheal<\/strong> (26.31) and <strong>Eleanor Beers<\/strong> (26.49).<\/p>\n<h2>Men\u2019s 50 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Cameron Auchinachie<\/strong> was close to victory earlier in the session, but was able to come away with a win in the 50 free, winning in 22.73.<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Curtiss<\/strong> was a close second in 22.78.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spencer Bougie<\/strong> finished third in 23.02, followed by<strong> Mehdi Ayoubi<\/strong> (23.12),<strong> Alex Loginov<\/strong> (23.14), <strong>Kyle Robrock<\/strong> (23.18), <strong>James LeBuke<\/strong> (23.51) and <strong>Matt King<\/strong> (23.55).<\/p>\n<h2>Women\u2019s 200 Breast<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Kelsey Wog<\/strong> won her second event of the night, claiming victory in the 200 breast in 2:29.21.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rachel Nicol<\/strong> finished second in 2:31.02, followed by <strong>Avery Wiseman<\/strong> (2:31.22), <strong>Anna<\/strong> <strong>Keating<\/strong> (2:31.26), <strong>Bailey Herbert<\/strong> (2:31.29), <strong>Abby Arens<\/strong> (2:32.31), <strong>Emma Spence<\/strong> (2:36.47) and <strong>Janessa Mathews<\/strong> (2:36.88).<\/p>\n<h2>Men\u2019s 200 Breast<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Caspar Corbeau<\/strong> closed the session with a strong performance in the 200 breast, winning in 2:15.34, finishing nearly three seconds ahead of the pack.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Josh Matheny<\/strong> finished second in 2:18.22, followed by <strong>Ethan
