NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Carmel, Ind. native and current high school junior\u00a0Taylor Conley\u00a0<\/strong>has verbally committed to the University of Kansas as a member of the class of 2024.<\/p>\n

Primarily a backstroker, Conley swims year-round with Carmel Swim Club and owns a pair of Winter Juniors standards. She most recently achieved 100% best times at Indianapolis Speedo Sectionals where her highest finish was an 18th-place showing in the 100m back. She raced both backstroke events at Juniors East in December and placed 16th in the 100m back at Indiana LCM Seniors this past summer.<\/p>\n

Also competing for Carmel High School, Conley is a three-time Indiana State Championship finalist and recently helped her team earn their 33rd-straight title<\/a>.\u00a0The USA Swimming Scholastic All-American finished seventh in the 100 back as a junior after placing sixth in that event during her sophomore season.<\/p>\n
