ONE of the top 18-and-under male swimmers at the meet was Paul Powers, who posted lifetime bests in the sprint freestyles at the USA Swimming nationals.<\/p>\n<p>In this video interview, Powers talks about exceeding his goals for the meet and what it could mean for him at junior nationals.
