KNOXVILLE, Tennessee, December 6. NICK Thoman had the crowd on its feet tonight at the USA Swimming nationals, thanks to three American records in the 50 back, 100 back and 200 medley relay.<\/p>\n

In this video interview from Knoxville, he talks about guiding Eric Knight and Tim Phillips to their first American records as part of SwimMAC’s medley relay, and why he gets excited about racing relays.<\/p>\n

He also discusses the desire to break 44 seconds in the 100 back after doing so in a full bodysuit in workout recently, as well as a set that he believes helped him overtake Matt Grevers in the final 25 yards tonight.<\/p>\n
