Leading the way for Head Coach <strong>Brad Kreutzkamp\u2019s<\/strong> squad was <strong>Shelby Stender<\/strong>, who scored four goals, including two in the game\u2019s pivotal opening period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daisy Nankervis<\/strong> led Wagner (30-10) with three goals on three shots.<\/p>\n<p>UCSD (22-13) advances to a meeting with No. 1-seed USC in the quarterfinals on Friday, May 10, beginning at 12 p.m. PST. USC owns a 12-match winning streak over UCSD dating back to 1997.<\/p>\n<p>Pacific faced Cal Lutheran in the day\u2019s other match-up, with the Tigers sprinting out to an 8-2 halftime lead over the Regals, who were appearing in an NCAA tournament match for the first time since 2010. The day would grow longer for Cinderella CLU, as they ended up on the wrong end of a 16-4 final.<\/p>\n<p>For the Tigers, <strong>Kyra Christmas<\/strong> was dominant, scoring five goals. The 2018 and 2019 GCC Player of the Year has now scored seven goals in four NCAA postseason matches\u2014two wins and two losses for Head Coach <strong>James Graham&#8217;s <\/strong>squad. The Calgary native\u2019s efforts will be essential as her team moves on to a quarterfinal match against second seed Stanford (20-2) at 3:30 p.m. PST.
