NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Burien, Wash. native and current high school junior\u00a0Gracie Felner<\/strong> has recently announced her verbal commitment to Cal as a member of the class of 2024.<\/p>\n

She will also join Isabelle Stadden<\/strong><\/a> and Nicole Oliva<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in Berkeley in the fall of 2020.<\/p>\n

Felner, who swims year-round with Bellevue Club Swim Team, owns five U.S. Open standards and most recently had four top-5 finishes at Federal Way Speedo Sectionals. At Juniors West in December, she was the runner-up in the 100 free and was part of a pair of winning Bellevue relays. She recorded a trio of best times at Junior Nationals to cap off her long course season and is a 16-time Washington SCY Senior Championship finalist over the past three years.<\/p>\n

Also competing for Mount Rainer High School, Felner is a four-time Washington 4A State Championship finalist.\u00a0She won the 100 breast and was the 200 IM runner-up as a junior after placing third in the 100 free and second in the 200 IM during her sophomore season.<\/p>\n
