The team will consist of 12 total swimmers that will include long-time national team veterans\u00a0<strong>Jeanette Ottesen\u00a0<\/strong>and <strong>Mie Nielsen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All 12 of the selected swimmers were under the times required. In 2017 at the last World Championships, only six Danish swimmers made the required selection times.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;It is a positive development that more swimmers have swam during the individual requirements times than has been the case at the previous World Cup. The same goes for the coaching team,&#8221; says Stefan Hansen.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>&#8220;In the coming months, the team will focus on targeted training and preparation of the World Cup, including training camps and a number of different international events in Europe.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>&#8220;I look very much forward to getting started with my work as part of the swimmers&#8217; preparation towards the championship.
