He most recently competed at NCSAs where he placed 12th in the 50 free and recorded a pair of best times after recording four top-5 finishes at the Southeastern SCY Championships. He raced three events at Juniors East in December concluded his long course season with a lifetime best at Junior Nationals this past summer.<\/p>\n<p>Also competing for Oakland High School, Jordan is a three-year TISCA Tennessee State Championship qualifier.\u00a0The USA Swimming Scholastic All-American grabbed the bronze medal in both the 50 free and 100 free as a junior after finishing 17th in the former during his sophomore season.<\/p>\n<p>He told\u00a0<em>Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>&#8220;Blessed to announce my verbal commitment to the University of Tennessee. Thankful to further my academic and swimming career in a place that feels like home! All glory to God. Go Vols!! #GBO&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 free &#8211; 20.54<\/li>\n<li>100 free &#8211; 45.75<\/li>\n<li>200 free &#8211; 1:42.87<\/li>\n<li>100 breast &#8211; 58.23<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jordan has improved significantly over the past two seasons, shaving off three seconds from his 50 free, nine seconds from his 100 free and six seconds from his 100 breast.
