NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Las Vegas, Nevada freestyler Bryce Rounds\u00a0<\/strong>has announced his commitment to Mount St. Mary’s University as a member of the class of 2023.<\/p>\n

Rounds does his club swimming with Sandpipers of Nevada under coach Michael Kinross<\/strong> and most recently competed at the Las Vegas Invitational in December where he earned three golds and two silvers. The USA Swimming Sectional qualifier capped off his long course season at the Western Zone Senior Championships by notching three lifetime bests last summer. A current senior at Bishop Gorman High School, Rounds is an eight-time finalist at the Nevada State Championships over the past two years.<\/p>\n

He told\u00a0Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n

“I am excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Mount St. Mary\u2019s University. I would like to thank my family, coaches, and friends for their constant support and encouragement. I am looking forward to being part of such an amazing program and team.
