Swim where the champions have trained and competed since 1930<\/span>!\u00a0<\/span> Meadowbrook <\/span>Competitive <\/span>Swim <\/span>Camp<\/span><\/a> is <\/span>a <\/span>competitive <\/span>swim <\/span>camp <\/span>for <\/span>ye<\/span>ar round swimmers <\/span>ages <\/span>9<\/span>–<\/span>15 <\/span>years <\/span>old<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>Combining <\/span>high <\/span>quality instruction <\/span>with <\/span>low <\/span>swimmer <\/span>to <\/span>coach <\/span>ratios <\/span>creates <\/span>a <\/span>unique <\/span>opportunity <\/span>for <\/span>personal <\/span>growth <\/span>and <\/span>greatness <\/span>found <\/span>only <\/span>at <\/span>the <\/span>historic <\/span>Meadowbrook <\/span>Swim <\/span>Club <\/span>in <\/span>north <\/span>Baltimore, MD<\/span>. <\/span>We <\/span>will <\/span>teach <\/span>and <\/span>train <\/span>all <\/span>four <\/span>competitive <\/span>strokes<\/span>, <\/span>starts<\/span>, <\/span>turns <\/span>and <\/span>race <\/span>strate<\/span>g<\/span>y<\/span>. <\/span>Our <\/span>speakers <\/span>will <\/span>instruct <\/span>all <\/span>aspects <\/span>of <\/span>mental <\/span>training <\/span>from <\/span>goal <\/span>setting <\/span>and <\/span>realization <\/span>to <\/span>visualization<\/span>, <\/span>positive <\/span>thinking<\/span>, <\/span>and <\/span>developing <\/span>mental <\/span>toughness<\/span>. <\/span>Finally<\/span>, <\/span>we <\/span>will <\/span>cover <\/span>the <\/span>critical <\/span>training <\/span>areas <\/span>of <\/span>nutrition<\/span>, <\/span>hydration<\/span>, <\/span>and <\/span>adequate <\/span>rest <\/span>for <\/span>recovery <\/span>workouts<\/span>. <\/span>Campers <\/span>will <\/span>receive <\/span>caps<\/span>, <\/span>t<\/span>–<\/span>shirts<\/span>, <\/span>notebooks<\/span>, <\/span>and <\/span>an <\/span>invaluable <\/span>experience <\/span>and <\/span>knowledge<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
