All four members of the Phelps family confirmed the announcement on their respective social media accounts, which you can see <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/michael-phelps-announces-family-to-grow-by-one-with-baby-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The Phelps\u2019 first son, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/michael-phelps-nicole-johnson-welcome-baby-boomer-robert-phelps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Boomer Robert Phelps<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, was born on May 5, 2016 just prior to his dad\u2019s last Olympic Games appearance in Rio de Janeiro. The newspaper reported that officials and attorneys from USA Swimming falsely characterized that they had completed a \u201cfull investigation\u201d into the allegations that Hutchison was romantically involved with former swimmer <\/span><b>Ariana Kukors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> back in February of 2011, when in fact they had shut down the probe before investigators had the chance to interview several key witnesses. Those witnesses included Kukors National Team roommate <\/span><b>Dana Vollmer <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and former U.S. National Team director <\/span><b>Mark Schubert<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Kukors <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/2009-world-champion-ariana-kukors-alleges-former-coach-sean-hutchison-sexually-abused-her\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">came forward in February of 2018<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with claims that Hutchison sexually abused her. Those charged with criminal racketeering may face up to a 20-year prison sentence and up to $250,000 in fines for their connection with the massive college admissions scandal that was organized by <\/span><b>William \u201cRick\u201d Singer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Texas, who was looking for their fifth straight championships, finished second with 475 points. Cal now has four NCAA titles since 2011. The meet started off in record fashion, with Harvard\u2019s <\/span><b>Dean Farris<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/dean-farris-smashes-ncaa-american-record-in-200-free\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">smashing the 200 free American record<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (1:29.15) in the lead off of the 800 free relay while <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/2019-ncaa-division-i-mens-swimming-championships-800-free-relay-live-recap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Texas took down the American record for the 800 free relay<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to win the event.
