Howard joked that he was hearing Alabama football coach\u00a0<strong>Nick Saban&#8217;s\u00a0<\/strong>voice in his head willing him down the final stretch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PRe3SvIVVtw\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Full recap from 200 medley relay:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Alabama Crimson Tide won the 200 medley relay on Friday night at the 2019 NCAA Division I Men&#8217;s Swimming and Diving Championships in Austin, Texas with a 1:22.26. The team of\u00a0<strong>Zane Waddell\u00a0<\/strong>(20.41),\u00a0<strong>Laurent Bams\u00a0<\/strong>(23.24),\u00a0<strong>Knox Auerbach\u00a0<\/strong>(20.39) and\u00a0<strong>Robert Howard\u00a0<\/strong>(18.22) won the title for the Crimson Tide.<\/p>\n<p>It came down to four teams on the final leg as the Cal Golden Bears snuck into second place at 1:22.43 thanks to an 18.17 anchor from\u00a0<strong>Ryan Hoffer<\/strong>.
