For seventeen consecutive years <a href=\"http:\/\/www.areteswim.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ARETE Swim Camp<\/a> has sold out most sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Our four core objectives are: Immediate Skill Improvement, Self-Esteem Development, Teamwork and \u201cWOW Experiences.\u201d \u00a0Through these four core objectives swimmers will learn stroke technique inside and out (with focus on body line and propulsion); techniques to overcome bad habits; starts and turns; underwater video analysis; energy eating education; visualization; focus; relaxation; self-image development; self-reliance; team spirit; and meaningful experiences that excite each athlete about the sport. Each swimmer is videoed in all four strokes underwater and has permanent access to their own recording. A coach analyzes each stroke with each swimmer using our camp workbook that we provide. A key aspect of our camp is our \u201cInner Engineering Curriculum\u201d and we have a coach to swimmer ratio of 1:9 or better.<\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to send our campers home rejuvenated and inspired to swim like a champion.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;When I hear other parents talking about how their kids are\u00a0getting bored with\u00a0swimming, I tell them, &#8216;send your kids to the Arete Swim Camp!&#8217; The kids learn a lot, have a ball and reconnect to what they love\u00a0about the sport.&#8217; Tim S.<\/p>\n<div>&#8220;I just wanted to send you a thank you for all the work you and your coaching staff did with my 10 year old daughter Grace during the Super Skills Clinic. \u00a0&#8230;.Before the clinic Grace was a bronze level swimmer, but she is now a few seconds short of being a gold level swimmer. \u00a0Your coaching staff made a signification impact how she trains and competes. \u00a0She continuously talks about how she tries all the techniques your coaching staff showed her during the clinic and how she applies them at practice. \u00a0Although she has always loved to swim, she has now discovered the competitive side of swimming. \u00a0Grace wanted me to make sure I thanked you, coach Kirsten and coach Jessie for all of the help you provided during the camp.&#8221;
