Friday&#8217;s events included the women&#8217;s and men&#8217;s 400 free relay, men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 200 free, men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 400 IM, and the men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 100 back. Saturday&#8217;s events included the men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 800 free relay, men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 200 back, men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 50 free, men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 100 breast, and men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 100 fly. Sunday&#8217;s events included the men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 400 medley relay, men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 1650 free, men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 200 IM, and men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 50 free.<\/p>\n<p>The top eight teams in the meet are listed below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Scottsdale Aquatic Club &#8211; 2320<\/li>\n<li>Phoenix Swim Club &#8211; 2279<\/li>\n<li>Kamehameha Swim Club &#8211; 1537.5<\/li>\n<li>Elevation Athletics &#8211; 1147<\/li>\n<li>Pitchfork Aquatics &#8211; 916<\/li>\n<li>Mesa Aquatics Club &#8211; 887.5<\/li>\n<li>Colorado Springs Swim Team &#8211; 730<\/li>\n<li>YMCA Westside Silver Fins &#8211; 659<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 400 Free Relay<\/h2>\n<p>The women&#8217;s 400 free relay was dominated by the <strong>Scottsdale Aquatic Club<\/strong> holding more than a two second lead with a 3:22.92. The team was led by <strong>Ellice Richman<\/strong> with a 51.80, followed by <strong>Sophie Velitchkov<\/strong> with a 51.46, <strong>Greer Pattison<\/strong> with a 50.28, and anchored in by <strong>Ashley Strouse<\/strong> with a strong 49.38. In second place came <strong>Kamehameha Swim Club<\/strong> with a 3:25.62 and <strong>Colorado Springs Swim Team<\/strong> swum in for third place with a 3:27.25.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 400 Free Relay<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong> picked up first place in the men&#8217;s 400 medley relay, missing the record by a couple tenths with a 2:59.44. <strong>Douglas Erasmus<\/strong> led the team with a 44.63, followed by <strong>Mazen Elkamash<\/strong> with a 44.66, <strong>Giles Smith<\/strong> with a 44.33, and to anchor it in came <strong>Zachary Tan<\/strong> with a solid 45.82. <strong>Kamehameha Swim Club<\/strong> took second place with a 3:02.02, and in third place came <strong>Elevation Athletics<\/strong> with a 3:02.43.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 200 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Kalli Fama<\/strong> of <strong>Rio Salado Swim Club<\/strong> swam in for first place in the women&#8217;s 200 free with a quick 1:48.50, dropping more than three seconds. Fama was followed by <strong>Quinn Murphy<\/strong> of <strong>Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong> with a 1:49.45 and <strong>Grace Monahan<\/strong> of <strong>Kamehameha Swim Club<\/strong> finished in third place with a 1:49.85.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 200 Free<\/h2>\n<p>The men&#8217;s 200 free was dominated by<strong> Lukas Miller<\/strong> of <strong>Elevation Athletics<\/strong>, taking first place with a 1:35.87. <strong>Kamehameha Swim Club&#8217;s Michael Petrides<\/strong> swam in for second place, dropping more than three seconds with a solid 1:35.89. <strong>Jarod Arroyo<\/strong> took of <strong>Pitchfork Aquatics<\/strong> took third place with a 1:38.24.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 400 IM<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Katie McBratney<\/strong> of <strong>Pitchfork Aquatics<\/strong> confidently took a hold of first place in the women&#8217;s 400 IM with a quick 4:14.32. Bratney was followed by <strong>Mia Rankin<\/strong> of <strong>Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong> with a 4:15.63 and teammate <strong>Sydney Carlson<\/strong> took third place with 4:20.33.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 400 IM<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Phoenix Swim Club&#8217;s Zachary Tan<\/strong> stole first place in the men&#8217;s 400 IM with a 3:48.84, dropping more than seven seconds in the race. <strong>Jarod Arroyo<\/strong> of <strong>Pitchfork Aquatics<\/strong> took second place, dropping more than four seconds for a solid 3:49.77. Finally, in third place came <strong>Tonahuac Zinn<\/strong> of <strong>Socal Aquatics<\/strong> with a 3:54.10, dropping more than six seconds.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 100 Back<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Kennedy Noble<\/strong> of <strong>YMCA Westside Silver Fins<\/strong> took first place in the women&#8217;s 100 back with a 53.59. <strong>Meredith Rees<\/strong> of <strong>Pikes Peak Athletics<\/strong> came in almost a second behind Noble with a 54.57 and <strong>Greer Pattison<\/strong> of <strong>Scottsdale Aquatic Club<\/strong> took third place with a 54.96.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 100 Back<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Olympus Aquatics&#8217; Catalin Ungur<\/strong> confidently took the win in the men&#8217;s 100 back with a 47.35. <strong>Gavin Olson<\/strong> of <strong>Foothills Swim Team<\/strong> took second place with a 47.72 and <strong>Harrison Lierz<\/strong> of <strong>Elevation Athletics<\/strong> took third place with a 48.24.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 800 Free Relay<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pitchfork Aquatics<\/strong> swooped in for first place in the women&#8217;s 800 free relay with a 7:28.45. <strong>Samantha Krew<\/strong> led the team to their victory starting with a 1:50.84, followed by <strong>Destiny Kling<\/strong> with a 1:51.44, <strong>Ruth Lucht<\/strong> in the third spot with a 1:50.96, and closing it up was <strong>Katie McBratney<\/strong> with a 1:55.21. <strong>Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong> came in second place with a 7:28.91 and <strong>Foothills Swim Team<\/strong> finished off taking third place with a 7:30.81.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 800 Free Relay<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Kamehameha Swim Club<\/strong> bagged first place in the men&#8217;s 800 free relay with a 6:39.02, leading with more than two seconds. <strong>Michael Petrides<\/strong> led the team with a 1:36.52 for the first leg, followed by teammates <strong>Noah Peters<\/strong> with a 1:41.23, <strong>Tyler Kawakami<\/strong> with a 1:39.93, and anchoring it in came <strong>Alfred Horner<\/strong> with a 1:41.34. In second place came <strong>Elevation Athletics<\/strong> with a 6:42.04 and in third place came <strong>Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong>, dropping almost five seconds with a 6:47.16.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 200 Back<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Kennedy Noble<\/strong> of <strong>YMCA Westside Silver Fins<\/strong> took another win during the weekend, leading the women&#8217;s 200 back with a strong 1:55.87. <strong>Greer Pattison<\/strong> of <strong>Scottsdale Aquatic Club<\/strong> took second place with a 1:57.09, dropping nearly three seconds, and <strong>Kalli Fama<\/strong> of <strong>Rio Salado Swim Club<\/strong> took third place with a 1:57.65.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 200 Back<\/h2>\n<p>The men&#8217;s 200 back was quick with <strong>Gavin Olson<\/strong> of <strong>Foothills Swim Team<\/strong> taking first place with an amazing time of 1:43.05, winning the race by over two seconds. <strong>Harrison Lierz<\/strong> of <strong>Elevation Athletics<\/strong> took second place with a 1:45.65 and <strong>Zachary Tan<\/strong> of <strong>Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong> finished in third place with a 1:47.50.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 500 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ashley Strouse<\/strong> of <strong>Scottsdale Aquatic Club<\/strong> dropped a 4:46.09 in the women&#8217;s 500 free for first place, shaving off more than five seconds. <strong>Mia Rankin<\/strong> of<strong> Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong> took second place with a 4:48.95, dropping more than seven seconds and <strong>Destiny Kling<\/strong> of <strong>Pitchfork Aquatics<\/strong> took third place with a 4:53.31.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 500 Free<\/h2>\n<p>After a successful relay, <strong>Michael Petrides<\/strong> of <strong>Kamehameha Swim Club<\/strong> took first place in the men&#8217;s 500 free with a 4:27.04, dropping more than six seconds in the race. <strong>Pitchfork Aquatics&#8217; Jarod Arroyo<\/strong> swam in for second place with a strong 4:29.01 and <strong>Ellis Bohon<\/strong> came in for a close third with a 4:29.07.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 100 Breast<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Aleksandra Olesiak<\/strong> and <strong>Edenna Chen<\/strong>, both from <strong>Colorado Springs Swim Team<\/strong>, battled it out in the women&#8217;s 100 breast, but eventually Olesiak touched in for first place with a 1:01.62. Chen followed in with a 1:01.66 and <strong>Katie McBratney<\/strong> of <strong>Pitchfork Aquatics<\/strong> swam in for third place with a 1:01.79.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 100 Breast<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Kevin Cordes<\/strong> of <strong>Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong> did not come to play, immediately shattering the meet record and grabbing hold of first place with a 52.41. <strong>Yousseff Elkamash<\/strong> of <strong>Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong> swam into second place more than two seconds behind Cordes with a 54.84, and <strong>Alfred Horner<\/strong> of <strong>Kamehameha Swim Club<\/strong> took third place with a 55.93.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 100 Fly<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Grace Monohan<\/strong> of<strong> Kamehaneha Swim Club<\/strong> won the women&#8217;s 100 fly fair and square with a quick 54.12. <strong>Meredith Rees<\/strong> of <strong>Pikes Peak Athletics<\/strong> came in second place with a 55.21 and <strong>Caroline Bricker<\/strong> of <strong>Cheyenne Mountain Aquatics<\/strong> swam in for third place with a 55.35.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 100 Fly<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Phoenix Swim Club&#8217;s Giles Smith<\/strong> crushed the men&#8217;s 100 fly with a 46.74, dropping nearly half a second in the race. Smith was followed by <strong>Olympus Aquatics&#8217; Catalin Ungur<\/strong> with a 47.64 and <strong>Scottsdale Aquatic Club&#8217;s Jordan Tiffany<\/strong> in third place with a confident 48.07.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 400 Medley Relay<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Scottsdale Aquatic Club<\/strong> touched in for the win in the women&#8217;s 400 medley relay with a 3:43.50. <strong>Greer Pattison<\/strong> led backstroke with a 54.12, followed by <strong>Riley Courtney&#8217;s<\/strong> 1:04.71 breaststroke, <strong>Ashley Catchpole&#8217;s<\/strong> 56.06 fly, and <strong>Ashley Strouse&#8217;s<\/strong> 48.61 free. Scottsdale Aquatic Club was followed by <strong>Kamehameha Swim Club<\/strong> in second place with a 3:44.91 and <strong>Elevation Athletics<\/strong> in third place with a 3:46.01.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 400 Medley Relay<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Phoenix Swim Club&#8217;s<\/strong> A relay dominated the men&#8217;s 400 medley relay, taking the win with a time of 3:15.61. <strong>Mateja Milovanovic<\/strong> led in backstroke with a 50.29, followed by <strong>Youssef Elkamash<\/strong> with a 54.05 breast, <strong>Giles Smith&#8217;s<\/strong> 46.88 fly, and <strong>Douglas Erasmus<\/strong> finishing it up with a 44.39 free. <strong>Phoenix Swim Club&#8217;s<\/strong> B relay came in second place with a 3:18.38 and <strong>Kamehameha Swim Club<\/strong> came in third place with a 3:18.78.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 1650 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Mia Rankin<\/strong> of <strong>Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong> took first place in the women&#8217;s 1650 free, leading with fifteen seconds ahead of the competition, dropping a strong 16:36.49. Rankin was followed by <strong>Kathryn Shanley<\/strong> of<strong> Foothills Swim Team<\/strong> with a 16:50.60 for second place and <strong>Morgan Simon<\/strong> of <strong>Jeffco Hurricanes<\/strong> with a 17:06.43 in third place.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 1650 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Michael Petrides<\/strong> of <strong>Kamehameha Swim Club<\/strong> took another win, destroying the competition in the men&#8217;s 1650 free with a 15:32.50. <strong>Darwin Anderson<\/strong> of <strong>Cache Valley Marlins<\/strong> came in second place with a 15:33.33 and <strong>Mason Romantic<\/strong> of <strong>Boulder City Henderson Swim Team<\/strong> came in behind Anderson with a 15:41.65.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 200 IM<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Kate Baker<\/strong> of <strong>Highlands Ranch Aquatics<\/strong> rushed into first place in the women&#8217;s 200 IM with a 2:05.59. Baker was followed by <strong>Isabella Fratesi<\/strong> of <strong>Phoenix Swim Club<\/strong> with a 2:05.80 in second place and <strong>Edenna Chen<\/strong> of <strong>Colorado Springs Swim Team<\/strong> took third place with a 2:06.05.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 200 IM<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Phoenix Swim Club&#8217;s Zachary Tan<\/strong> took a win in the men&#8217;s 200 IM, beating out the competition with a 1:47.95. <strong>Jarod Arroyo<\/strong> of <strong>Pitchfork Aquatics<\/strong> took second place with a strong 1:48.27 and <strong>Jadon Nabor<\/strong> of <strong>YMCA Westside Silver Fins<\/strong> finished in third place with a 1:48.83.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 50 Free<\/h2>\n<p>The women&#8217;s 50 free was speedy as <strong>Greer Pattison<\/strong> of <strong>Scottsdale Aquatic Club<\/strong> took first place with a fast 23.19. Behind Pattison came teammate <strong>Ashley Strouse<\/strong> in second place with a 23.32 and <strong>Team Vortex&#8217;s<\/strong> <strong>Meredith Smithbaker<\/strong> with a 23.55.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 50 Free<\/h2>\n<p>The men&#8217;s 50 free was also strong as <strong>Phoenix Swim Club&#8217;s Douglas Erasmus<\/strong> took the lead with a 20.10.
