NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Munster, Ind. native and current high school junior\u00a0Holden Raffin\u00a0<\/strong>has announced his verbal commitment to the University of Southern California beginning in the fall of 2020.<\/p>\n

Raffin swims year-round with Munster Swim Club and owns five Winter Junior standards with the U.S. Open cut in the 100 back. He most recently competed at Indiana SCY Seniors where he broke the meet record in the 200 back after taking silver in the 100m\/200m back at Indiana LCM Seniors this past summer.<\/p>\n

Also competing for Munster High School, Raffin is a five-time Indiana State Championship finalist.\u00a0He earned bronze medals in the 100 back and 200 IM as a junior after placing seventh and sixth, respectively, in those events during his sophomore season. He has also earned both NISCA and USA Swimming Scholastic All-American honors.<\/p>\n

I want to thank Coach Salo and the amazing USC staff for making me feel part of the Trojan family from day one. I also want to thank my family and coaches for getting me to this point.
