Royals\u2019 junior <strong>Polina Lapshina\u00a0<\/strong>and senior\u00a0<strong>Marius Kusch <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/2019-ncaa-division-ii-swimming-and-diving-championships-day-two-finals-live-recap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">led the way with their NCAA Division II Records<\/a> in the 100 Back and 100 Fly, respectively. Lapshina&#8217;s came on the leadoff leg of the 400 Medley Relay for Queens, where she teamed up with\u00a0<strong>Shelly Prayson<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Georgia DaCruz\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Kyrie Dobson <\/strong>for another National mark.<\/p>\n<p>Both Lapshina and Kusch continued to dominate on Friday, winning 100 backstroke titles as Kusch shattered the NCAA Division II record in the event. Sundstedt was second in 4:48.46.<\/p>\n<p>Delta State senior <strong>Caroline Jouisse<\/strong> finished third in 4:51.49 to hold off Queens sophomore<strong> Francesca Bains<\/strong>, who finished in 4:51.57.<\/p>\n<p>Drury junior <strong>Erica Dahlgren<\/strong> finished fifth (4:52.57), followed by West Chester\u2019s <strong>Emma O\u2019Neill<\/strong> (4:52.95), Queens senior free, using a 23.01 split to take the lead. He continued the pace and earned the NCAA title, holding off the field by more than a second.<\/p>\n<p>Sobers dropped four seconds from his prelims time to finish in 4:21.09.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Fraser senior <strong>Adrian VanderHelm<\/strong> finished second in 4:22.23, exactly a second ahead of third-place <strong>Adam Rosipal<\/strong> (4:23.23), a sophomore from Indianapolis.<\/p>\n<p>Queens continued to place multiple swimmers in finals as freshman <strong>Luke Erwee<\/strong> finished fourth (4:25.10) and fellow freshman<strong> Mohamed Hegazy<\/strong> was eighth (4:32.72).<\/p>\n<p>Another Simon Fraser senior, <strong>Mackenzie Hamill<\/strong>, finished fifth (4:26.22), followed by UCSD\u2019s <strong>Ivan Kurakin<\/strong> (4:26.89) and Delta State senior
