Holloway<\/strong>, 5x ACC Men\u2019s Coach of the Year (2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018) and 2017 ACC Women\u2019s Coach of the Year, heads Wolfpack Swim Camp assisted by NC State coaches, visiting coaches, student-athletes, and pro swimmers.\u00a0 Campers will experience that high energy from our coaches each day at camp and go home excited about swimming and motivated to swim faster!<\/p>\n<p>A swim camp is an investment in your swimmer and we give you the choices you want to make it the best week possible for YOUR athlete.\u00a0 Choose our Technique option for a focus on improving stroke technique in all 4 strokes, turns, starts, and the underwater kick.\u00a0 Whether it be large changes or fine-tuning, we place them in groups to fit their needs.\u00a0 Choose our Training option for those swimmers needing more yardage and more intensity (both in the pool and in daily dryland) on top of the technique work they will also receive.<\/p>\n<p>We offer an optional underwater video filming and analysis.\u00a0 Choose which strokes (and starts) you want and we will film them, do the analysis of the film while sitting with your camper, and email the analysis home for you to keep, share with home coaches, send to family, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Each camp has both an overnight or a commuter option with overnight campers staying in a dorm on Central campus close to Casey ability and age and we have a 1:7 coach\/swimmer ratio during swim sessions, which are twice per day.\u00a0 Between sessions and in the evenings we offer social activities, Q&amp;A sessions with
