That is a season best for Andrew and has him ranked #2 so far in the world behind Great Britain&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ben Proud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In second was\u00a0<strong>Caeleb Dressel<\/strong>, who also dropped from his prelims time to finish in 22.08. Dressel was coming off a win in the 100 fly from earlier in the session.
