The Longhorn swimmer got to the wall first in 2:09.90, just ahead of Fink who was second in 2:09.93.<\/p>\n<p>Licon was out fast in 1:02.37, with Fink trying to reel him in over the final 100 but just running out of room. In third was\u00a0<strong>James Wilby\u00a0<\/strong>(2:10.78).
