The 2019 Speedo Sectional in Cary, North Carolina, continued on Friday with a full slate of events.<\/p>\n

The session consisted of the 200 free, 100 breast, 100 fly, 400 IM and 400 free relay.<\/p>\n

Liam Bell<\/strong> broke the sectional record in the 100 breast to highlight the session. The very next event was a meet record by Regan Smith<\/strong> as she and Claire Curzan<\/strong> each bettered the meet record in the 100 fly.<\/p>\n

Charlotte Hook<\/strong> also broke a meet record in the 400 IM.<\/p>\n

Women\u2019s 200 Free<\/h2>\n

Tac Titans swimmer Charlotte Hook<\/strong> won the 200 free to open the session, winning in 1:46.63. It was the first of several strong performances for her.<\/p>\n

Teammate Brooke Zettel<\/strong> finished second in 1:47.73, followed by South Carolina\u2019s Elysse Pardus<\/strong> (1:49.52).<\/p>\n
