Andrew won the 100 breast and 50 back mere minutes apart.<\/p>\n<p>Swimming fans in attendance will get a chance to see superstars\u00a0<strong>Allison Schmitt<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Blake Pieroni<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Caeleb Dressel<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kelsi Dahlia<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kathleen Baker<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Jacob Pebley\u00a0<\/strong>in attendance on Friday morning in Iowa.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.swmeets.com\/Realtime\/Pro%20Series\/2019\/Des%20Moines\/\">Live Results<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/\">Live Stream<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2019-tyr-pro-swim-series-des-moines-day-three-prelims-heat-sheets-day-3-usa-senior-national-2019-03-08.pdf\">Heat Sheets<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Women&#8217;s 200 Free<\/h3>\n<p>23-year-old\u00a0<strong>Leah Smith\u00a0<\/strong>took the top spot in the 200 free heats on Friday morning at the TYR Pro Swim Series in Des Moines with a 1:59.27 morning swim. It was not a very quick heats session as Smith was one of three swimmers under two minutes in the prelims. Georgia post-grads\u00a0<strong>Melanie Margalis\u00a0<\/strong>(1:59.67) and\u00a0<strong>Hali Flickinger\u00a0<\/strong>(1:59.72) were the other two swimmers under 2:00.<\/p>\n<p>There is a bit of an international feel to the meet here in Des Moines as\u00a0<strong>Larissa Oliveira\u00a0<\/strong>(2:00.05),\u00a0<strong>Kathryn Greenslade\u00a0<\/strong>(2:00.76) and\u00a0<strong>Mary-Sophie Harvey\u00a0<\/strong>(2:01.46) all qualified for the final. Correia is ahead of a solid field as Queens freshman\u00a0<strong>Alex Kunert\u00a0<\/strong>is the second seed at 1:48.71. Kunert will be swimming at Division II NCAAs next week for Queens as he is entered in the 200 free, 1000, 200 fly and 100 free.<\/p>\n<p>There will be four World Championship team members for Team USA in this heat with\u00a0<strong>Blake Pieroni\u00a0<\/strong>(1:48.77),\u00a0<strong>Jack Conger\u00a0<\/strong>(1:49.06),\u00a0<strong>Zane Grothe\u00a0<\/strong>(1:49.91) and\u00a0<strong>Caeleb Dressel\u00a0<\/strong>(1:50.17) advancing to the finals. She is ahead of Brazil&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Jhennifer Conceicao\u00a0<\/strong>(31.14) and Mission Viejo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Annie Lazor\u00a0<\/strong>(31.59). Andrew previously broke the record with a 27.17, lowering\u00a0<strong>Nic Fink&#8217;s\u00a0<\/strong>27.34 from Knoxville earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>Lima is now ranked second in the world rankings for 2019 as world record holder\u00a0<strong>Adam Peaty\u00a0<\/strong>is on top at 26.74. Andrew is on top of a veteran field as the closest person to his age is\u00a0<strong>Caeleb Dressel\u00a0<\/strong>at 22.<\/p>\n<p>Dressel, swimming in his third event of the day, is the fifth seed at 24.22.
