The most significant accolade of the night was Eastern Michigan&#8217;s <strong>Delaney Duncan<\/strong>, who is the only women in conference history to win the 100 breast four years in a row.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/2019-mid-american-conference-women-night-3\/ncaa-college\/2019\/February\/27?rtn=%2Fresults%2Fncaa-college%3Fpage%3D1%26orderBy%3DResult.MeetStartDateTime%26sortDirection%3D1%26q%3D\">Day 3 results\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Team Scores:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Akron 564<\/p>\n<p>Eastern Michigan 368<\/p>\n<p>University at Buffalo 339<\/p>\n<p>Miami 320<\/p>\n<p>Ohio 271<\/p>\n<p>Bowling Green 209<\/p>\n<p>Toledo 124<\/p>\n<p>Ball State 122<\/p>\n<h2>400 IM<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Olivia Sapio<\/strong>\u00a0of Buffalo touched first with a time 4:14.11. <strong>Jackie Pash <\/strong>of Akron was second with a time of 4:14.15 and <strong>Hannah Schlegel<\/strong>\u00a0of Ohio touched closely behind with a time of 4:14.56. <strong>Brittney Beetcher <\/strong>of Buffalo\u00a0was fourth with a time of 4:15.05. <strong>Sam Glass<\/strong>\u00a0of Ohio was fifth with a time of 4:17.85 and sixth was<strong> Jessica Bonezzi<\/strong>\u00a0of Akron (4:18.10). <strong>Hannah Fuchs<\/strong>\u00a0of Miami was seventh with a time of 4:19.71 and <strong>Mackenzie Vargas<\/strong>\u00a0of Akron rounded out the top eight with a time of 4:21.18<\/p>\n<h2>100 Fly<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sarah Watson <\/strong>of Akron, set a new MAC and program record with a time of 51.94. <strong>Paulina Nogaj<\/strong>\u00a0of Akron was second with a time 52.34, followed closely by <strong>Corrin Van Lanen<\/strong>\u00a0of Ohio (53.07) and <strong>Andrea Ernst<\/strong>\u00a0of Buffalo (53.46). <strong>Kendra Sheehan <\/strong>of Ohio touched fifth with a time of 54.16 and <strong>Morgan Waggoner<\/strong>\u00a0of Akron touched sixth with a time of 54.38. <strong>Kayleigh Cannon<\/strong>\u00a0of Miami was seventh with a time of 54.41 and in eighth was <strong>Eduarda Sales<\/strong>\u00a0of Toledo with a time of 54.86.<\/p>\n<h2>200 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Camila Lins de Mello<\/strong>\u00a0of Miami broke a school and the meet records as she became the 200 free MAC Champion. Her teammate<strong> Ella Moynihan<\/strong>\u00a0of Miami followed closely (1:45.71). In third was <strong>Sofia Henell<\/strong>\u00a0of Akron (1:46.76) followed by <strong>Ragen Engle<\/strong>\u00a0of Akron(1:47.11) and <strong>Avery Movold<\/strong>\u00a0of Akron (1:47.89). <strong>Alyssa Shugarman<\/strong>\u00a0of Eastern Michigan (1:48.54), <strong>Katie Burns <\/strong>of Buffalo\u00a0(1:49.27) and<strong> Ellie Nebraska<\/strong> of Akron\u00a0(1:49.53) rounded out the top eight.<\/p>\n<h2>100 Breast<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Delaney Duncan<\/strong>\u00a0of Eastern Michigan touched first (58.25) and is the only women in conference history to win the 100 breast four years in a row. <strong>Paula Garcia<\/strong>\u00a0of Akron was second (1:01.01) and <strong>Kelsey Morgan<\/strong>\u00a0of Ohio was third in a time of 1:01.04. <strong>Eli Machado<\/strong>\u00a0of Eastern Michigan was a close fourth (1:01.29) followed by <strong>Andrea Fischer<\/strong>\u00a0of Akron (1:01.57) and<strong> Emilia Lahtinen<\/strong>\u00a0of Ohio (1:01.64). <strong>Anna Vitolins<\/strong>\u00a0of Buffalo (1:01.90) and <strong>Anna Martin<\/strong>\u00a0of Miami (1:02.10) were seventh and eighth respectively.<\/p>\n<h2>100 Back<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sadie Fazekas<\/strong>\u00a0of Akron won the event with a MAC and Akron program record breaking time of 52.10.<strong> Casey Gavigan<\/strong>\u00a0of Eastern Michigan (52.87) and <strong>Daisy Platts<\/strong>\u00a0of Bowling Green (53.18) rounded out the top three. <strong>Claire Young<\/strong>\u00a0of Eastern Michigan touched with a time of 53.19 and she was succeed by<strong> Izzy Herb<\/strong>\u00a0of Miami (53.65) and <strong>Nicole Roitenberg<\/strong>\u00a0of Buffalo (54.16). <strong>Maureen O&#8217;Shullivan<\/strong>\u00a0of Toledo (55.40) and <strong>Lauren Sullivan<\/strong>\u00a0of Bowling Green (55.83) rounded out the top eight.<\/p>\n<h2>400 Medley Relay<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Akron<\/strong> came out victorious once again with a new\u00a0MAC and program record with a time of 3:33.43.
