Tonight we have seen many tight races for the top 3 podium spots. Throughout the race University of New Mexico (UNM) Lobo <\/span><b>Adriana Palomino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and Colorado State University (CSU) Ram <\/span><b>Haley Rowley <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">battled neck and neck for the majority of the race with University of Nevada\u2019s (NEV) <\/span><b>Caitlyn McHugh<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in third. At the half-way marker<\/span><b> Palomino <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">extended her lead and held off CSU\u2019s <\/span><b>Rowley<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for the gold with a final time of 16.20.53. <\/span><b>Rowley<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> came in second with a final time of 16. 25. 33 and NEV\u2019s<\/span><b>\u00a0McHugh<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the race that works the legs and underwaters, the women\u2019s 200 back final was an even field after the first 100. Then BSU Bronco <\/span><b>Abbey Sorensen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> utilized that third 50 of the race pulling ahead of the rest of the field by over a body length. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fellow Bronco <\/span><b>Allyson Kleinsorgen <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">pulling into the second spot. In the end,<\/span><b> Sorenson <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">took the win with a final time of 1.53.90 and <\/span><b>Kleinsorgen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> took home the silver (1.55.03)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coming in third was FS Bulldog <\/span><b>Ugne Mazutaityte <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">with a final time of 1.55.88.
