Virginia and NC State are coming down to the wire for the ACC team title. Both schools put eight swimmers in the championship final for tonight but Virginia put seven in the consolation final that could make a big difference in the point standings.<\/p>\n<p>However, 1m diving and the 1650 have yet to take place so there could be more movement among the top teams in those events as well.<\/p>\n<p>Virginia&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Megan Moroney\u00a0<\/strong>is on top in the 200 back after this morning while NC State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sophie Hansson\u00a0<\/strong>is on top in the 200 breast. Louisville&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Mallory Comerford\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Grace Oglesby\u00a0<\/strong>are top seeds in the 100 free and 200 fly.<\/p>\n<p>The full ups, mids, downs report is below. Boston College       124    0, 0, 0\r\n\r\n<\/pre>\n<h3>200 Back<\/h3>\n<p>Virginia got Saturday morning started with the top three swimmers in the 200 back heats as\u00a0<strong>Megan Moroney\u00a0<\/strong>(1:51.91),\u00a0<strong>Emma Sieberlich\u00a0<\/strong>(1:52.53) and\u00a0<strong>Paige Madden\u00a0<\/strong>(1:52.76) will be in the middle lanes at finals tonight.<\/p>\n<p>Virginia also got a fourth swimmer into the final as half the field will be Virginia Cavaliers.\u00a0<strong>Abigail Richter\u00a0<\/strong>(1:53.87) qualified in sixth as Virginia is searching for a second straight ACC team title.<\/p>\n<p>NC State, who had the lead heading into today, did not go away lightly. They put three swimmers in the final with\u00a0<strong>Emma Muzzy\u00a0<\/strong>(1:53.18),\u00a0<strong>Elise Haan\u00a0<\/strong>(1:53.22) and\u00a0<strong>Kate Moore\u00a0<\/strong>(1:53.91) coming in fourth, fifth and seventh respectively. Comerford is just ahead of 50 free runner-up\u00a0<strong>Ky-lee Perry\u00a0<\/strong>(47.53) of NC State.<\/p>\n<p>Virginia continued its strong morning by placing two in the championship final with\u00a0<strong>Morgan Hill\u00a0<\/strong>(47.91) and\u00a0<strong>Eryn Eddy\u00a0<\/strong>(48.68) coming in third and seventh. Hansson has been huge for the NC State program this year and could be pushing them to their second ACC team title in three years.<\/p>\n<p>NC State put three in the A-Final in the 200 breast with\u00a0<strong>Julia Poole\u00a0<\/strong>(2:10.61) and\u00a0<strong>Olivia Calegan\u00a0<\/strong>(2:11.50) coming in fourth and eighth respectively.
