Tonight\u2019s events consisted of the women\u2019s 200 medley relay, the women\u2019s 800 free relay and the women\u2019s 1-meter diving. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/2019-mountain-west-conference-day-1-day-1\/ncaa-college\/2019\/February\/20?rtn=%2Fresults%2Fncaa-college%3Fpage%3D1%26orderBy%3DResult.MeetStartDateTime%26sortDirection%3D1%26q%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Day 1 Results.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 200 Medley Relay<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For our first night of competition, the women\u2019s 200 medley relay became an exciting race with Boise State University\u2019s (BSU) senior <\/span><b>Ally Kleinsorgen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> leading the heat after the backstroke leg of the relay with a split of 24.29. However, San Diego State University\u2019s (SDSU) sophomore <\/span><b>Elliyana Ferrin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> had a great breaststroke leg of the race splitting a 27.03 to bring the Aztecs to the lead and from there they held that lead.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The SDSU Aztecs kept their top spot from the Boise State Broncos finishing with a time of 1.36.76. cutting 2.63 seconds from their seed time. Boise State came in second with a time of 1.37.22 and the Colorado State University (CSU) Rams finished with a bronze with a time of 1.39.70. Second leg, <strong>Andressa Cholodolovski Lima<\/strong> had an awesome split of 1.46.24 gaining the Wolfpack more of a lead throughout the race. A great battle for second took place between the BSU Broncos and the University of New Mexico\u2019s (UNM) Lobos. <\/span><b>Ximenia Lechuga Gonzalez<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> took home the gold in the women\u2019s 1-meter scoring 325.55 over NEV\u2019s <\/span><b>Isabel Vazquez<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (309.60) who took home the silver. Rounding up the top 3, BSU Bronco <\/span><b>Martine Erlam<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> came in third with a score of 301.55.
