NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Rhodes College has earned a new verbal commitment for the fall of 2019 from Danville, Va. backstroker\u00a0Sara Kate Reynolds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Reynolds does her club swimming with Greenboro Community YMCA under head coach\u00a0Brad Herndon<\/strong>. She is a multi-time YMCA regional-level qualifier and most recently placed second in the 100 back and third in the 100 fly at the VIC conference championships.\u00a0Also competing for The Carlisle School in Martinsville, Va., Reynolds is a 12-time VISAA State Championships qualifier.<\/p>\n

She told\u00a0Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n

“I’m super excited to announce my commitment to further my education and athletic career at Rhodes College!\u00a0 Thank you to my family, friends, and coaches for their endless love and support, and to everyone at Rhodes who helped me realize that there is no better place for me.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
