NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Greenville, S.C. freestyler\/backstroker\u00a0Riley Parker<\/strong> has announced her in-state verbal commitment to the University of South Carolina beginning and will join the class of 2024.<\/p>\n

Parker does her club swimming with Team Greenville and owns the Winter Juniors cut in the 100 free and 200 free. She competed in four events at Juniors East in December and earned bronze in the 500 free at Greensboro Speedo Sectionals last March.\u00a0She raced the 100m\/200m free combo at Junior Nationals in August after winning three events at the South Carolina LCM Championships.<\/p>\n

Also competing for Eastside High School, Parker is a six-time\u00a0South Carolina 4A State Championship finalist.\u00a0She won the 100 free and 200 free as a junior after placing first in the 200 free and 100 back during her sophomore season. She has also earned USA Swimming Scholastic All-American honors for her efforts.<\/p>\n
