RYAN Lochte talks about why he&#039;s not a sprinter, despite placing second in the 100 butterfly at the 2013 USA Swimming nationals. He raced the 100 butterfly as a &#8220;fun event,&#8221; and gives indication that we will see a variety of different events on his roster in the coming years. Lochte also comments on the results in the men&#039;s 400 IM, saying that in retrospect he has mixed feelings about scratching the event. <\/p>\n<p>News broke last night that Lochte was scratching both the 100 backstroke and 100 breaststroke today, giving himself a rare day off.
