Dwyer has got high expectations for the World Championships this summer, and feels that he can excel in the 200 freestyle in Barcelona. <\/p>\n
Men’s 200 free recap: Olympic star Ryan Lochte broke through for the 200-meter freestyle national title this evening at the IU Nat. Lochte threw down a winning time of 1:45.97 after taking the swim out hard. That time pushed him to fifth in the world rankings.<\/p>\n
Lochte’s former training partner Conor Dwyer, who is now training at North Baltimore, raced his way to second in the event with a time of 1:46.25.
