LOS ALAMITOS, Calif, February 22, 2002. THE wait is over. <\/p>\n
USA Water Polo will debut its new-look Premier League this weekend with a pair of tournaments a nation apart. The tournaments will be the first two of six semifinal rounds to be played between February 23 and April 14. A league final will be played the weekend of April 19-21, with seeding based on finishes in the six semis. <\/p>\n
This weekend, four teams will take to the water at the USA Water Polo National Aquatics Center on the Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos, Calif., while eight teams will cap up at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. <\/p>\n
