RECENTLY, Swimming World&#039;s Tiffany Elias spent the day at FINIS headquarters to get an inside look at how the company manufactures some of the top swimming aides in the world.<\/p>\n<p>In this latest Industry Insider, FINIS CEO and Founder John Mix explains the founding of the company back in 1993 with Olympic gold medalist Pablo Morales.  Mix also walks Elias through the process of building one of FINIS&#039; legendary monofins, using one of FINIS&#039; first monofin presses.<\/p>\n<p>Mix then sits down with Elias in an in-depth interview.
