Oleksiak finished second in the 100 fly earlier in the meet and is looking for a bounce-back 2019 after a disappointing year in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Osman may well have touched first if not for a poor start. She failed to react off the starter&#8217;s beep with the rest of the field after the women were held in set position longer than usual.
