Lazor came in to the meet with a 1:07.89 and swam exactly a full second faster tonight with a 1:06.89.<\/p>\n<p>Lazor talked about how she doesn&#8217;t know how she is swimming so fast after taking a year off after the 2016 Olympic Trials.
