Twichell posted an 8:32.27 to win the 800 free on the first stop of the 2019 TYR Pro Swim Series.<\/p><p>Twichell took advantage of the race that had no <strong>Katie\u00a0Ledecky<\/strong> and no <strong>Leah\u00a0Smith<\/strong> as she won ahead of a pair of teenagers in <strong>Erica\u00a0Sullivan<\/strong> (8:37.39) and <strong>Mariah Denigan<\/strong> (8:38.14).<\/p><p><strong>Becca\u00a0Mann<\/strong> placed fourth for Unattached Arizona State with an 8:39.73, which is a tick faster than what she went at Nationals this summer.<\/p><p>Tennessee&#8217;s <strong>Amanda\u00a0Nunan<\/strong> (8:45.19), Magnolia&#8217;s <strong>Kaitlynn\u00a0Sims<\/strong> (8:49.23), <strong>Katrina\u00a0Bellio<\/strong> (8:49.77) and <strong>Marit\u00a0Anderson<\/strong> (8:51.50) placed in the top eight in the timed final event.<\/p><pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><strong> Event 1  Women 800 LC Meter
